Concentrations of murine CCL6 in BMDM culture supernatant and in colon tissues and serum from experimental mice, as well as human CCL15 (hCCL15) levels in serum from CD patients with or without intestinal fibrosis, were quantified using commercially available ELISA kits (Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology Co., Ltd., China) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
