Hoechst 33342 staining kit was provided by Beyotime (Jiangsu, China). Antibodies against β-actin, MFN-2, OPA1, and SLC7A11 were provided by Proteintech Group (IL, USA), and antibodies against PGC-1α, TFAM, Nrf1 were purchased from Santa Cruz (CA, USA). p-Drp1 and Drp1 antibodies were from Cell Signaling Technology (Boston, USA) and Abcam (Cambridge, UK).
