The activities of soil enzymes involved in carbon (C), N and sulfur (S) cycling, including cellulase (CE), hemicellulose (Hce), β-galactosidase (β-gal), hydroxylamine oxidoreductase (HAO), urease, nitrate reductase (NR), nitrite reductase (NiR), β-acetylglucosaminidase (β-AGS), thiosulfate reductase (TSR), sulfate reductase (SulR), sulfite reductase (SUR), arylsulfatase (AS), and sulfite dehydrogenase (SUH), were measured using the ELISA kit (Shanghai Hengyuan Biotech Co., Ltd., China) based on the double-antibody sandwich method.
