Caffeine (CAS #58-08-2, >99% purity) was obtained from SigmaAldrich Co., Ltd. (St. Louis, MO, USA). Diethyl ether was obtained from Hengyuan Biotech Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The RU486 for glucocorticoid receptor inhibitor was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). The antibodies of Ki67 (No. ab16667) were purchased from Abcam plc. (Cambridge, Cambridge shire, UK). The antibodies of cleaved-caspase 3 (No. RLT0656) and IGF1 (Product code: sc9013 for IHC) were purchased from Ruiying Biotech Co. (Suzhou, China) and Santa Cruz Biotechnology Co. (Santa Cruz, CA, USA), respectively.
