Mice sera were collected before sacrifice on day 14. The levels of IgG1, IgG2a, and IgM in sera were examined using commercially available mouse ELISA kits according to the manufacturer’s instructions (HengYuan, Shanghai, China). The levels ofIL-4, IL-12, IL-17, IFN-γ, and TGF-β in sera from the ten groups were investigated with commercial ELISA kits (HengYuan, Shanghai, China) according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
