2.9. Assay of hormones
The collected blood samples were centrifuged, and serum was separated. The serum levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and androgen were measured using enzyme inked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits (Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology, Shanghai, China) according to the manufac turer's instructions.
